César Accioli Vieira

30 years background in the Business and Technology areas, attained in large organizations in Brazil and abroad (US, Europe, Latin America), with a career built in the positions of Systems Analyst, Business Analyst and Business CIO. This experience includes 15 years as a University teacher, Course Coordinator, Student Counselor and English Teacher. I hold a MS degree in Information Science (by PUC University), Post-Graduation in Didactics and Methodology in Higher Education (by Estácio - Europan) and a Bachelor s degree in IT/Systems Analysis (PUC).
