Graduação em Licenciatura Plena em Educação Física (PUCRS). Pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa Didática e Metodologia do Ensino na Educação Física (DIMEEF/UFRGS). Colaborador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Estudos Olímpicos (GPEO/PUCRS). Membro do Comitê Brasileiro Pierre de Coubertin (CBPC). É professor de Educação Física no Colégio Sinodal Prado e SENAC. Tem experiência na área de Educação Física, com ênfase em Educação Física escolar, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: didática e metodologia do ensino da educação física; formação de professores e práticas pedagógicas.
