He is a Master (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the PPgCC of the UFAC (Federal University of Acre) with the dissertation "Mineração de data and machine learning in detecting direct conflicts between access control policies". He is a columnist for CBN Amazônia radio. He currently holds the position of Federal Police Officer (Federal Police Officer) at the Federal Police Superintendence in Paraíba, having been, in Acre, Head of the Information Technology Center from 2012 to today, in addition to being Head of the CS of the same body (Communications ) from 2012 to 2021. He is currently Professor of Data Structure, Programming Language, Object-Oriented Programming, OOP for the Web, Mathematics and Logic for Computing, Entrepreneurship, IT Management and Fundamentals of Programming and Algorithms at Centro Universitário UNINORTE in the courses of Information Systems. Information, CST in Computer Networks and CST in Aesthetics and Cosmetics (in addition to having taught Algorithms and Relational Algebra at the same faculty in 2007). He holds a degree in Information Systems from the Federal University of Acre (2005). He has experience in Computer Science, with an emphasis on Information Systems, Programming, Algorithms, Data Structures, Mathematics and Computational Complexity. He is a Postgraduate in "Computer Forensics" and "Database Management" by Centro Universitário UNINORTE, 2012-2015. He has experience with development, implementation and analysis of IT solutions in the corporate and government scope, having participated and led projects of development, implementation, management and modification of systems in the most diverse platforms using free and proprietary technologies for the most diverse architectures such as Linux, Windows and Solaris (Unix-like/POSIX). He has a lot of experience in didactics as a teacher for more than two decades (and higher education since 2007). During this period, he was a professor of Informatics, Mathematics, History, Writing, Business Organization, English, Programming, Algorithms and Algebra, Webdesign with expertise in HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Web Publishing, as well as a professor of Introduction to Data Processing, Business Organization, Technical English and Basic and Advanced Informatics of the ?Maintenance and Hardware Technician? course at Contil Informática. He has knowledge and experience in deployment / management (remote and console) of corporate solutions in Windows environment based on Active Directory, including management / maintenance and consolidation of the local domain of the Federal Police-Acre (2011-2013). He has knowledge (practical and didactic) and experience in programming languages: C/C++, Java, C#, Python (and Django), Ruby (and Rails), VBA - Visual Basic for Applications, Delphi, Visual Basic and PHP, in addition to advanced knowledge of Linux, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, and Design developing academic, professional and practical solutions in all the mentioned languages, being, therefore, a "full stack" developer. He has already won, together with the team of developers and programmers / Analysts from CGTI / SEJUSP of the 1st and 2nd places, of the 1st Management Innovation Award of the State of Acre in the Area of ​​Information Technology and Citizen Service, respectively. The award is given to the best IT solutions in the government of Acre. É colunista da rádio CBN Amazônia. Atualmente exerce o cargo de Policial Federal (Agente de Polícia Federal) na Superintendência da Polícia Federal na Paraíba tendo sido, no Acre, Chefe do Núcleo de Tecnologia da Informação de 2012-até hoje além de ser Chefe da CS do mesmo órgão (Comunicação Social) de 2012 até 2021. Atualmente é Professor das disciplinas de Estrutura de Dados, Linguagem de Programação, Programação Orientada a Objetos, POO para a Web, Matemática e Lógica para Computação, Empreendedorismo, Gestão de TI e Fundamentos de Programação e Algoritmos no Centro Universitário UNINORTE nos cursos de Sistemas de Informação, CST em Redes de Computadores e CST em Estética e Cosmética (além de já ter ministrado na mesma faculdade, em 2007, as disciplinas de Algoritmos e Álgebra Relacional). Possui graduação em Sistemas de Informação pela Universidade Federal do Acre (2005). Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação, com ênfase em Sistemas de Informação, Programação, Algoritmos, Estruturas de Dados, Matemática e Complexidade Computacional. É Pós-graduado em "Computação Forense" e "Gerência de Bancos de Dados" pelo Centro Universitário UNINORTE, 2012-2015. Tem experiência com desenvolvimento, implantação e análise de soluções de TI em âmbito empresarial e governamental já tendo participado e liderado projetos de desenvolvimento, implantação, gestão e modificação de sistemas nas mais diversas plataformas utilizando tecnologias livres e proprietárias para as mais diversas arquiteturas como Linux, Windows e Solaris (Unix-like/POSIX). Tem bastante experiência em didática sendo professor há mais de duas décadas (e de nível superior desde 2007).
