Engenheira Florestal formada pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Mestre e Doutora em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) na área de concentração Silvicultura (ênfase em Silvicultura e Melhoramento de Espécies Florestais). Foi bolsista de pós-doutorado do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) no Centro de Ciências Agroveterinárias (CAV) da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Produção Vegetal. Foi Membro da Floresta Jr. - Empresa Jr. do Curso de Engenharia Florestal da UFSM, onde assumiu posições de liderança. Possui formação no curso Técnico em Geomática pelo Colégio Politécnico da UFSM. Tem experiência na área de Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal com ênfase em Silvicultura, Propagação Vegetativa de Plantas, Produção de Mudas, Viveiros Florestais, Biotecnologia e Melhoramento Florestal. Conduz trabalhos de pesquisa com Propagação vegetativa e Silvicultura clonal de Sequoia (Sequoia sempervirens).
Forest Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). Master and Ph.D in Forest Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in the Silviculture concentration area (emphasis on Silviculture and Improvement of Forest Species). She was a Postdoctoral fellow at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) at the Center for Agroveterinary Sciences (CAV) of the University of the State of Santa Catarina (UDESC) in the Postgraduate Program in Plant Production. She was a member of Floresta Jr. - Jr. Company of the Forest Engineering Course at UFSM, where she assumed leadership positions. Graduated in the Technical Course in Geomatics from the Polytechnic College of UFSM. Has experience in Forest Resources and Forest Engineering with an emphasis on Silviculture, Vegetative Propagation of Plants, Seedling Production, Forest Nurseries, Biotechnology and Forest Improvement. Conducts research work with vegetative propagation and clonal forestry of Sequoia (Sequoia sempervirens).
