NARIÊ RINKE DIAS DE SOUZA

I'm a postdoctoral fellow at the Industrial Ecology Program of Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). My research addresses the environmental sustainability profile of biochemicals derived from lignocellulosic materials compared to their fossil-based equivalents, and potential co-benefits and tradeoffs towards Sustainable Development Goals. I'm a PhD in Science and Master in Agricultural Engineering from University of Campinas and I worked for 3 years in the Brazilian Biorenewables National Laboratory (LNBR/CNPEM). My background includes life cycle assessment of biofuels and bioenergy, land management for biomass production, sustainability assessment of integrated food (livestock) and bioenergy value chains.
