Civil Engineer (Emphasis on Water Resources), Master in Environmental Engineering (Emphasis on Management and Remediation of Contaminated Sites). During his professional life, he has been involved on planning and execution of heavy civil construction works and on management and development of studies and projects regarding: hydraulic engineering, urban drainage, contaminated site remediation, field survey services (sea, coast and river), coastal engineering, port engineering, geosynthetic solutions and water resources. Works with consulting/project engineering and has also worked as university professor.
