Graduado em Direito pela Faculdade Interamericana de Porto Velho, pós graduado em Auditoria, Gestão e Direito Administrativo, cursando Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação e pós graduando em Segurança da Informação. Atuei como Escriturário no Banco do Brasil S/A, Assessor no Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Rondônia, Secretaria Estadual de Saúde e Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico de Rondônia. Possuo experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Administrativo e Processual Civil, fui advogado atuante até Junho de 2023 registrado sob a OAB/RO 8516, atualmente exercendo o cargo Técnico Judiciário efetivo do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Rondônia lotado no Departamento de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Judiciais no treinamento de inteligência artificial, mestrando em Propriedade Intelectual e Transferência de Tecnologia para Inovação - PROFNIT, atualmente atuando na área de Inovação, Ciência e Tecnologia no Estado de Rondônia.
