Gabriela Marques-Schäfer

Gabriela Marques-Schäfer concluded her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics at Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen (JLU), Germany, with a DAAD & CAPES scholarship, a Master's Degree in Language Studies at PUC-Rio (CNPq), studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg with a scholarship from the DAAD and concluded her bachelor degree in Letters, Portuguese / German at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with grants from FUJB, Goethe-Institut Rio de Janeiro and Goethe-Institut Freiburg. Throughout, she realized different stays of short duration for linguistic and cultural improvement in Spain, England and Germany. Currently, she works as an Adjunct Professor of German Language at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), participates in the Postgraduate Program and her areas of interest and research are language teaching and the use of technologies, autonomy, interculturality, internationalization, language teaching / learning methods, as well as functional linguistic and corpus linguistics. Since 2017, she is the president of the Brazil-Germany Network Internationalization of Higher Education [Rebralint rebralint.alumniportal.com ]. Current Projects Site: www.calic.uerj.br
