André Luiz Baumgratz Andrino

He has a degree in military sciences from the ACADEMIA MILITAR DAS AGULHAS NEGRAS - AMAN (1993), a master's degree in Military Operations from the ESCOLA DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DE OFICIAIS - EsAO (2001) and a master's degree in Military Sciences from the ESCOLA DE COMANDO E ESTADO-MAIOR DO EXÉRCITO - ECEME (2010). He also completed the High Studies of Defense Course at the Escola Superior de Guerra (ESG) and several US ARMY courses, having achieved the degree of "MASTER INSTRUCTOR LEVEL 4" by the United States Army. He is currently an officer in the Brazilian Army Command. Has experience in the area of ​​Defense, with emphasis on Military Operations. He was commander of two Military Organizations and he was analyst at the CENTRO DE ESTUDOS ESTRATÉGICOS DO EXÉRCITO (Army's Center for Strategic Studies). He has experience in the area of ​​public resource management and also in training and human resource management. He was an instructor at the ACADEMIA MILITAR DAS AGULHAS NEGRAS - AMAN (Brazilian Military Academy) and the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) - USA.

Possui graduação em ciências militares pela ACADEMIA MILITAR DAS AGULHAS NEGRAS (1993), mestrado em Operações Militares pela ESCOLA DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DE OFICIAIS (2001) e mestrado em Ciências Militares pela Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército (2010). Concluiu ainda o Curso de Altos Estudos em Defesa, da Escola Superior de Guerra (ESG) e diversos cursos do US ARMY, tendo alcançado o grau de "MASTER INSTRUCTOR LEVEL 4" pelo Exército dos Estados Unidos da América. Atualmente é oficial do Comando do Exército Brasileiro. Tem experiência na área de Defesa, com ênfase em Operações Militares. Foi comandante de duas Organizações Militares e analista do Centro de Estudos Estratégicos do Exército. Tem experiência na área de gestão de recursos públicos e de treinamento e gestão de recursos humanos. Foi instrutor da Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) e do Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) - EUA.
