Fernando Gonzalez Botija

Es Doctor Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2002). Actualmente es Profesor Titular y Secretario de Departamento de Derecho Administrativo de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Es coordenador del grupo de investigación reconocido y financiado por la Comunidad Europea: LEXNOVAE - Protecting Fundamental Rights in a changing world Rule of Law, role of Science by European Commission Funding y miembro internacionale del grupo de investigación reconocido por DGP/CNPq y certificado por la UVA: GGINNS - Ley Comparada Global: Gobernanza, Innovación y Sostenibilidad. Es miembro de la AEPDA y conferencista trilingüe en eventos nacionales e internacionales, con publicaciones en Brasil, Portugal, España, Inglaterra, Estados Unidos de América del Norte, Grecia, Israel y Alemania. Tiene experiencia en la área de Derecho, con énfasis en Regulación, actuando principalmente en los siguientes temas: contratos administrativos, biodiversidad, patente, tráfico humano, trasplante de órganos y seguridad alimentaria. Seguridad publica y internacional, drones, regulación de la tecnología para la seguridad.(He hold the Law PhD on the Complutense University of Madrid (2002).
