Master in Agronomy - Vegetable Production at the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL, 2018), He has a postgraduate degree in rural extension from UFAL (2016) and an MBA in people management from UNITOLEDO / SP (2011). In 2008, he graduated in Agricultural Engineering from UFAL (Bachelor's degree). He has experience working mainly on the following topics: Vegetable Production, Agribusiness, seed analysis, plant propagation, corn hybrids, microbial activity, microorganisms and fertilization with algae. Considerable experience with sustainable agriculture, organic agriculture, rural extension and technical assistance. She is an instructor for the Business Certo Rural Program, a partnership between SENAR and SEBRAE. He gives workshops and courses on alternative pest and disease control at IFAL. On-site tutor in the agribusiness technician, in the subjects of Mathematics, People Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Plan, in the E-tec Senar network, co-supervising and participating in TCC boards. It has already carried out training through PRONATEC, FAT and the programs of the "S" system. He taught mathematics and biology to elementary and high school students (2007/2008).

Tem experiência atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Produção Vegetal, Agronegócio, análise de sementes, propagação vegetal, híbridos de milho, atividade microbiana, microorganismos e adubação com algas. Considerável experiência com agricultura sustentável, agricultura orgânica, extensão rural e assistência técnica. É instrutora do Programa Negócio Certo Rural, uma parceria do SENAR e do SEBRAE. Ministra oficina e cursos de controle alternativo de pragas e doenças no IFAL. Tutora presencial no técnico em agronegócio, nas disciplinas de Matemática, Gestão de Pessoas, Empreendedorismo e Plano de Negócio, na rede E-tec Senar, co-orientando e participando de bancas de TCC. Já executou treinamentos pelo PRONATEC, pelo FAT e pelos programas do sistema "S". Lecionou matemática e biologia para estudantes do ensino fundamental e médio (2007/2008).
