Lucas Ramos Vieira

B.Eng. em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade de Caxias do Sul. Foi bolsista CAPES no programa Brafitec, onde obteve o grau de M.Eng. em Engenharia de Materiais pela Ecole Européenne d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux (Université de Lorraine). Atualmente atua como projetista de Ferramentas.

Undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade de Caxias do Sul (Brazil). Currently studying Materials Engineering at the Ecole Européene d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux (France) through the double degree agreement between the two institutions (program Brafitec). Undergraduate research fellow at the Magnetic Characterisation Laboratory (Brazil), where researched applications for the Barkhausen Noise effect in characterizing steels. Underwent an internship in the Laboratoire de Chimie Physique at the Université de Lorraine (France) where helped in synthesizing CO2 separation co-polymeric membranes.
