She is currently coordinator of the Quality of Life at Work Management of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Bahia. Member of the Commission for the Prevention of Infections in the Workplace of the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia. Coordinating member of the Organizing Committee of the International Stress Management Association in Brazil - ISMA-BR 2023. Coordinator of the Working Group on Quality of Life at Work of the People Management Policies Committee, of the National Council of the Public Ministry (CNMP). Coordinator of the Multiprofessional and Interdisciplinary Health Team (EMIS) of the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia. He worked in large institutions in several segments: public, health, field marketing, retail and industry. Participation in corporate events as a speaker and mediator.
