Doutorando em Direito no Departamento de Filosofia e Teoria do Direito da Universidade de São Paulo. Mestre em Direito pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade de Brasília. Seus principais interesses investigativos concentram-se em torno das seguintes temáticas: filosofia continental; fenomenologia; hermenêutica; desconstrução; metodologia jurídica; teoria constitucional.
