Luizangele Figueiredo de Oliveira Menezes

Graduated in the Technological Course of Management in Real Estate Business, from the University Estácio de Sá (2020), and in Zootechnics, from the Pioneer Union of Social Integration - UPIS (2004), he has a master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, in the area of ​​ruminant nutrition, from University of Brasilia - UnB (2006) and Graduate Student of the Lato Sensu Course in Engineering of Assessments and Expertise by UniBF (2020). Has experience in the area of ​​Real Estate Business Management, with an emphasis on Property Valuation and Rentals and Real Estate Consulting. In the area of ​​Zootechnics, with an emphasis on Production and Nutrition of Ruminants, Rural Administration and Agricultural Consultancy, acting mainly on the following themes: Animal Production, Nutrition of Ruminants, Ovine Culture Beef, Forage, Rural Administration and Agricultural Projects. He is currently a Realtor registered at the Regional Council of Realtors of the Federal District (CRECI-DF). He is a Real Estate Appraiser registered in the List of Experts of the Federal District Court of Justice (TJDFT) and Professor of the Real Estate Appraisal Course at Escola Técnica CETEB - DF. He has already held the position of Real Estate Appraiser at the Goiás State Court of Justice (TJGO), Regional Labor Court (10th and 18th Region).

Possui graduação no Curso Tecnológico em Negócios Imobiliários, pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (2020), e em Zootecnia, pela União Pioneira de Integração Social - UPIS (2004), é mestre em Ciências Agrárias, na área de nutrição de ruminantes, pela Universidade de Brasília - UnB (2006) e Pós Graduando do Curso Lato Sensu de Engenharia de Avaliações e Perícias pela UniBF (2020). Tem experiência na área de Negócios Imobiliários, com ênfase em Avaliação de Imóveis e Aluguéis e Consultoria Imobiliária. Na área de Zootecnia, com ênfase em Produção e Nutrição de Ruminantes, Administração Rural e Consultoria Agropecuária, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Produção Animal, Nutrição de Ruminantes, Bovinocultura de Corte Ovinocultura, Forragicultura, Administração Rural e Projetos Agropecuários. Atualmente é Corretor de Imóveis inscrito no Conselho Regional de Corretores de Imóveis do Distrito Federal (CRECI-DF). É Perito Avaliador de Imóveis inscrito no Rol dos Peritos do Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal (TJDFT) e Professor do Curso de Avaliação de Imóveis da Escola Técnica CETEB - DF. Já exerceu cargo de Perito Avaliador de Imóveis no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO), Tribunal Regional o Trabalho (10a e 18a Região).
