Davi Galhardo Oliveira Filho

Doctoral Student in Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2021-), with a scholarship from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq. Master in Philosophy from the State University of Ceará (2019), specialist in Educational and School Management from the State University of Maranhão (2019) and a degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of Maranhão (2016). In addition, he is a Bachelor of Laws at the Federal University of Maranhão (2021-). In the philosophical field, he mainly studies the following subjects: Aesthetics, Social and Political Philosophy, Contemporary Philosophy, Critical Theory, Society of the Spectacle, German Idealism, Dialectical Thought, Contents and Methods of Teaching Philosophy, Cinema and Anarchism. It is dedicated to the study of the following authors: G. W. F. Hegel, Karl Marx, Walter Benjamin and Guy Debord. In the legal field, he mainly studies the following topics: General Theory of Law, Law and Development, State and Politics, Human Rights and Marxism. He is coordinator of the Philosophy and Literature Study Group (UEMA), coordinator of the Marxism and Critical Theory Study Group (UEMA), member of the Art, Autonomy and Politics Research Group (PUC-Rio/CNPq) and member of the Law, Nature and Society research (UFMA/CNPq). He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão - IFMA and at the State University of Maranhão - UEMA.

Mestre em Filosofia pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2019), especialista em Gestão Educacional e Escolar pela Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (2019) e licenciado em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão (2016). Ademais, é bacharelando em Direito na Universidade Federal do Maranhão (2021-). No campo filosófico, estuda principalmente os seguintes temas: Estética, Filosofia Social e Política, Filosofia Contemporânea, Teoria Crítica, Sociedade do Espetáculo, Idealismo Alemão, Pensamento Dialético, Conteúdos e Métodos de Ensino da Filosofia, Cinema e Anarquismo. Dedica-se ao estudo dos seguintes autores: G. W. F. Hegel, Karl Marx, Walter Benjamin e Guy Debord. No campo jurídico, estuda principalmente os seguintes temas: Teoria Geral do Direito, Direito e Desenvolvimento, Estado e Política, Direitos Humanos e Marxismo. É coordenador do Grupo de Estudos em Filosofia e Literatura (UEMA), coordenador do Grupo de Estudos Marxismo e Teoria Crítica (UEMA), membro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Arte, Autonomia e Política (PUC-Rio/CNPq) e integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa Direito, Natureza e Sociedade (UFMA/CNPq). Atualmente é professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão - IFMA e da Universidade Estadual do Maranhão - UEMA.
