He has Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). He has degree in Telecommunications Systems from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM), He is a member of the group of researchers at the Projeta Planeta Science, Technology and Sustainable Innovation Institute (IPP), was a Project Leader and Research Engineer at the Institute of Technological Development (INDT), he was Professor of Higher Education at Uninorte - Laureate International Universities, He has extensive experience in the area of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronic Hardware Development and Electronic and Telecommunications Instrumentation.

Possui Mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). É graduado em Sistemas de Telecomunicações pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amazonas(IFAM), É membro do grupo de pesquisadores do Instituto Projeta Planeta Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação Sustentável (IPP), foi Lider de Projetos e Engenheiro Pesquisador no Instituto de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico (INDT), foi Professor de Ensino Superior na Uninorte - Laureate International Universities, Possui ampla experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, Automação Industrial, Desenvolvimento de Hardware Eletrônico e Instrumentação Eletrônica e de Telecomunicações.
