Lísias Coelho

Bachelor's degree in Engenharia Florestal from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1983), Master's degree in Agronomy from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1988) and Doctorate degree in Plant Pathology from University of Florida (1997). Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia. Has experience in Forest Resources and Forest Engineering, focusing on Forestation and Reforestation, studying the following subjects: eucalyptus, rubber tree, teak, Africand mahogany, other forest species of economic interest, epidemiology and management of forest diseases.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1983), mestrado em Agronomia (Fitopatologia) pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1988) e doutorado em Agronomia (Fitopatologia) pela University of Florida (1997). É Professor Titular da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Tem experiência nas áreas de Fitopatologia e de Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal, com ênfase em Florestamento e Reflorestamento, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Eucalyptus, seringueira, teca, mogno africano, e outras espécies de interesse econômico; epidemiologia e manejo de doenças florestais.
