Graduado em Pedagogia Multimeios e Informática Educativa pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2001). Mestre em Educação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2005). Doutor em educação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2016). Diretor Executivo e fundador da ULBRA TV - Educativa (2004 - 2009). Diretor da Divisão de Multimeios da Universidade Luterana do Brasil (2009). Coordenador Pedagógico do Instituto Educacional do Rio Grande do Sul - IERGS (2011 - 2013). Diretor do Polo de Porto Alegre do Centro Universitário Leonardo Da Vinci (2011 - 2013). Coordenador de Educação à Distância - Laureate International Universities - FADERGS (2013 - 2013) para a implantação do Polo de apoio presencial da UAM (Universidade Anhembi Morumbi - SP) em Porto Alegre, também da rede Laureate. Experiência na estruturação e na gestão de projetos de ensino e ensino a distância. Consultor da UNICESUMAR no ano de 2014 para a implantação de polos de apoio presencial no Rio Grande do Sul. Professor Tutor Externo na Universidade Leonardo Da Vinci (2013 - 2015). Diretor da Educação a Distância da Universidade e Rede Lasalle (2015 - 2020). Diretor Geral da rede Concórdia, escolas Luterana e EaD (2020 - 2022) Especialista em juventudes e comportamento digital, tendo sua dissertação de mestrado recomendada pela PUCRS pararepresentar o IADS (congresso internacional de mídias e comunicação informatizada) em Portugal no ano de 2006. Possui trabalhos publicados na área do desenvolvimento humano, uso das TD´s, cultura digital e jogos na educação. Pesquisador e membro do grupo ARGOS (CAPES) da Escola de Humanidades - PUCRS.
