Kelly Cristiane Zeni

Kelly has working as an independent consultant for innovative companies since 2003, supporting organizations in its innovation and go to market strategies and implementing the different processes for it. Her work includes a co-management of the business focusing on the establishment of the company; the development of the business plan targeting the fast-growing goals and also the funding strategy definitions working with innovation bodies and investment funds, in Brazil and abroad.Since 2009, has been supporting Confrapar - Brazil's venture capital firm, focused on technology, media and telecom - in fundraising an investment fund focused on technology companies established in Brazilian south region. Among the responsibilities are to prospect, identify and qualify a portfolio of companies with potential for investments.During 2011 until now, has been also working for Câmara-e.net (Câmara de Comércio Eletrônico do Brasil) as a specialized consultant for Strategic Projects including the relationship with venture capital and seed money funds.Kelly is an Endeavor mentor at Curitiba, Paraná.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Telecomunicações pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1996) e mestrado em Administração (2008) pela mesma entidade. É sócia-fundadora da Tangelo Captação de Recursos. Tem experiência em captação de recursos para empresas inovativas e de tecnologia de ponta. Atua junto a diversas fontes de fomento, nacionais e internacionais, bem como a fundos de investimentos de Venture Capital. Coordenou, entre 2008 e 2011, o Curitiba Offshore, grupo de empresas focadas em exportação de serviços de TICs - projeto que ajudou a conceber e alavancar recursos. Foi country manager da Solix Technologies no Brasil, atua como Consultora Especialista junto à Câmara-e.net e é mentora Endeavor. Atualmente, coordena a unidade de Venture da Redirection.
