Ana Rüsche

Doutora na área de Estudos Linguísticos e Literários em Inglês (FFLCH-USP, 2015), com a tese "Utopia, feminismo e resignação em The left hand of darkness e The handmaid's tale". Realiza pesquisa de pós-doutorado a respeito de ficção científica e mudança climática no Departamento de Teoria Literária e Literatura Comparada na FFLCH-USP. Mestre em Direito Internacional pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (FADUSP, 2008). Bacharel em Letras pela Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas na Universidade de São Paulo (FFLCH-USP, 2008). Bacharel em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito na Universidade de São Paulo (FADUSP, 2002). Colabora com jornais especializados sobre literatura, como a Quatro Cinco Um e o Suplemento de Pernambuco, entre outros veículos. Organizou a antologia internacional "Meteotopia ? Futures of Climate (In)Justice", com Bodhisattva Chattopadhyay e Francesco Verso (Co-Futures, Universidade de Oslo; e FutureFiction, de Roma), assim como a "Mundos Paralelos: Ficção Científica", pela editora Globo Livros, orientada para o público jovem. Escritora, estreou em 2005 com "Rasgada" (ed.autora), publicando poesia, contos e romances, sendo seu último livro "A telepatia são os outros" (Monomito, 2019), finalista do Prêmio Jabuti.

She is currently working on her post-doctoral research on science fiction and climate change at the Department of Literary Theory and Comparative Literature at FFLCH-USP. She organized the international anthology "Meteotopia - Futures of Climate (In)Justice", with Bodhisattva Chattopadhyay and Francesco Verso (Co-Futures, University of Oslo; and FutureFiction, Rome), as well as "Mundos Paralelos: Ficção Científica", for Globo Livros, aimed at young audiences. As a writer, she has published books of poetry and novels ? her "A telepatia são os outros" was a finalist of the Jabuti Award (Monomito, 2019).
