Rebeca Gouget Sérgio Miranda

Rebeca Gouget is currently Division Chief of Development Policies in the Executive Office of the President of Brazil. Worked as Foreign Trade Analyst at the Scretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) of the Brazilian Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services (MDIC), dealing directly with international negotiations in the area of goods. Holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB). Has experience in research on the topics of international negotiations, protectionism, trade liberalization and regional integration, with special interest in the application of quantitative methods to assess the impact of trade agreements.

É Analista de Comércio Exterior no Gabinete da Secretaria Executiva da Câmara de Comércio Exterior (CAMEX). É mestre e doutora em Economia Aplicada pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Tem experiência em pesquisa nos temas de negociações internacionais, protecionismo, liberalização comercial e integração regional, com especial interesse na aplicação de metodos quantitativos para avaliação de impacto de acordos comerciais.
