Doutor em Teoria e História Literária pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP - 2018), com período de investigação na Universidade do Porto / Portugal (2015-2016). Realizou Pós-Doutorado em Letras junto à Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) entre os anos de 2019 e 2022. Mestre em Teoria e História Literária pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP - 2013). Licenciado em Letras (Português, Inglês e Respectivas Literaturas) pela Faculdade Anhanguera de Campinas (FAC - 2009). Membro do Centro de Estudos de Literatura, Teorias do Fenômeno Religioso, e Artes (CELTA / Unicamp) e pesquisador associado da Hagiography Society (HS / EUA). Tem experiência na área de Letras (Estudos Literários), interessando-se principalmente pelos seguintes temas: hagiografia (poesia, prosa e parenética); retórica (clássica e cristã); relações entre literatura e espiritualidade; cultura letrada colonial luso-brasileira; fontes franciscanas medievais; e cultura letrada franciscana em língua portuguesa (séculos XVI-XVIII).

Has experience in the area of Literature (Literary Studies), being interested mainly by the following subjects: hagiography; poetry, chronicle and hagiographic sermon; religious rhetoric; literature of spirituality; Luso-Brazilian colonial literature; and medieval and modern Franciscan literature in the Portuguese language (16th-18th centuries).
