Assistant Professor of the Industrial and Systems Engineering Graduate Program - PPGEPS (CAPES 5) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR). Researcher at the NEO research group (Organizational Engineering Group - UFRGS). Post-Doctorate at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He was also a CAPES/PRINT visiting researcher in the Management Engineering Department of Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at UFRGS. Master in Production Engineering at UFRGS. Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC). He was a scholar of scientific initiation between 2013-2014, receiving the Distinguished Scientific Initiation award by UNISC in 2013 and 2014. Received an Honorable Mention of the Medal Merit to Quality João Mário Csillag for his master's thesis granted by the Brazilian Quality Association (ABQ). He also won the Emerging Economies Doctoral Student Award (EEDSA)-Latin America in the 2020 edition given by the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) for the best doctoral dissertation article in Latin America. He is a member of the Brazilian Chamber of Industry 4.0 of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and of the Ministry of Economy.
