Luciano Gagliardi Paez

Bacharel e Licenciado em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Mestre em Estudos Populacionais e Pesquisas Sociais pela Escola Nacional de Ciências Estatísticas (ENCE/IBGE) e Doutorando em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). É Professor na rede privada e pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Foi gestor das Lagunas de Piratininga e Itaipu pela Prefeitura de Niterói, Coordenador do Subcomitê Lagunar Itaipu-Piratininga e Diretor-Secretário do Comitê da Bacia Hidrográfica da Baía de Guanabara. Atualmente é Secretário Municipal do Clima de Niterói-RJ (primeira secretaria municipal dedicada às mudanças climáticas do Brasil). ORCID: 0009-0008-6082-8922

Bachelor and Degree in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Master in Population Studies and Social Research from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE/IBGE) and Doctoral Student in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He is a Professor in the private and public network of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He was manager of the Lagunas de Piratininga and Itaipu by the Niterói City Hall, Coordinator of the Lagunar Itaipu-Piratininga Subcommittee and Secretary-Director of the Guanabara Bay Hydrographic Basin Committee.
