Graduação em Economia (1994) Universidade Santa Úrsula (USU/RJ), MBA em Gestão de Negócios (2001) Ibmec Business School (RJ), Especialização em Planejamento e Uso do Solo Urbano (2009), pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (IPPUR/UFRJ); mestrado (2012) e doutorado (2018) em Pesquisa e Planejamento Urbano e Regional, pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (IPPUR/UFRJ). PhD researcher at Columbia University, NY/USA. PhD in Urban Planning at UFRJ and Socioeconomic Analyst at the Economic Research Department of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics/IBGE (Brazilian Bureau of Statistics). Graduated in economics with a MBA in Business Management from IBMEC/RJ. Specialization and Master in Urban Planning at IPPUR/UFRJ. Has experience in the area of ​​economics, with emphasis in Urban Planning. Involved with research on the Transport and Housing System, focusing on accessibility, mobility and habitability. Currently involved with the theme of the transformation of the urban accumulation circuit in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and its consequences on the dynamics organization of the territory in the current patterns of public policy. Passing by understanding the role of the economic groups of public works, in order to be new forms of capitalist organization in the city and important agents of macroeconomic, macroterritoriais and macro-social transformations.
