Renato Nunes Cunha

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Master in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) in the area of ​​materials and manufacturing processes. He currently works as an Occupational Safety Engineer at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) and professor at the Unyleya College. His research lines and main areas of interest are: machining, titanium alloys and low-machinability materials, machining efforts, chip formation, cutting tool wear and cutting fluids.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) e Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU) na área de materiais e processos de fabricação. Atualmente atua como Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU) e docente na Faculdade Unyleya. Suas linhas de pesquisa e principais áreas de interesse são: usinagem, ligas de titânio e materiais de baixa usinabilidade, esforços de usinagem, formação de cavaco, desgaste de ferramenta de corte e fluidos de corte.
