Fábio has a Master of Research Degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology by the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He has a PhD, with a thesis entitled Spatial behaviour, habitat use and breeding performance of a long-lived raptor in the context of wind energy, by the University of Turku, Finland. He has had some experience in different fields of Biology, especially Ecology and Ornithology.
