Helbert Michel Pampolha de Oliveira

Bacharel e Licenciado em Geografia (2017) pela Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), instituição onde se tornou Mestre em Planejamento do Desenvolvimento (2019) e, atualmente, doutorando em Desenvolvimento Socioambiental pelo Núcleo de Altos Estudos Amazônicos (NAEA). Integra o Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas sobre Ordenamento Territorial e Urbanodiversidade na Amazônia (GEOURBAM, NAEA/UFPA-CNPq), no qual também foi bolsista de Iniciação Científica PIBIC/CNPq de ago. 2013 a fev. 2017. Atua na área de Geografia Urbana e Regional, voltando-se principalmente para estudos e pesquisas relacionados aos seguintes temas: cidades e centralidades urbano-regionais na Amazônia; teoria regional e regionalização; políticas de desenvolvimento e de ordenamento territorial; e Amazônia e o pensamento crítico contemporâneo. He is a member of the Study and Research Group on Territorial Planning and Urbanodiversity in the Amazon (GEOURBAM, NAEA / UFPA-CNPq), in which he also received a Scientific Initiation scholarship from PIBIC / CNPq in Aug. 2013 to Feb. 2017. Works in the area of Urban and Regional Geography, focusing mainly on studies and research related to the following themes: cities and urban centralities in the Amazon; regional theory and regionalization; urban and regional development policies; and Amazonia and contemporary critical thinking.
