He was a Cnpq (Master) and FAPERJ (Scientific Initiation) fellow. He is a member of the Language and Racism Research Group, Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia (UFSB), Grupo de Estudos do Português Popular da Bahia, Universidade Federal do Recôncavo Baiano (GEPPOP/UFRB), Grupo de Pesquisa em Humanidades: Ciência, Cultura e Sociedade, of the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP), of the Group of Studies on Translation and Teaching in Libras, of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (GETEL/UFRJ) and member of the Network of Black Researchers in Language Studies (REPENSE), of the Brazilian Association of Black Researchers (ABPN)of the Brazilian Association of Linguistics (ABRALIN), the Association of Applied Linguistics of Brazil (ALAB) and the Association of Spanish Teachers of the State of RJ (APEERJ). Areas of interest: Africanistics, Sociolinguistics, Applied Linguistics and Linguistic Analysis. Currently, it investigates the process of teaching and learning Portuguese (PLE), Spanish (ELE) and French (FLE) as Non Mother Languages and ethnolinguistic diversity of black afrodiasporic territories (favelas, quilombola communities and candomblé yards)in particular, the relationship of Candomblé Jeji Maxi in Brazil with the glotopolithic situation of Benin (Africa) - the contact between official language (French) and national languages (Fon, gun, aja, Yoruba, mina, Ewe,...).

Doutorando em Línguas e Culturas em Contato (Letras Neolatinas) pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Mestre em Linguística pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF. 2017), Especialista (Pós Lato Sensu) em Língua Portuguesa pelo Liceu Literário Português/Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (LLP-UERJ. 2022), Licenciado em Letras: Português/Espanhol (UFRJ. 2014), Pós-graduando em Ensino de Histórias e Culturas Africanas e Afro-brasileiras pelo Instituto Federal do Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ) e Licenciando em Pedagogia pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Foi professor substituto 40h de Português/Espanhol do Ensino Médio Técnico e da Pós-graduação Lato Sensu em Humanidades do Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) e bolsista do CNPq (Mestrado) e da FAPERJ (Iniciação Científica). É integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa em Linguagem e Racismo, da Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia (UFSB), do Grupo de Estudos do Português Popular da Bahia, da Universidade Federal do Recôncavo Baiano (GEPPOP/UFRB), do Grupo de Pesquisa em Humanidades: Ciência, Cultura e Sociedade, do Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP), do Grupo de Estudos da Tradução e Ensino de Libras, da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (GETEL/UFRJ) e membro da Rede de Pesquisadores Negres de Estudos da Linguagem (REPENSE), da Associação Brasileira de Pesquisadores Negros (ABPN), da Associação Brasileira de Linguística (ABRALIN), da Associação de Linguística Aplicada do Brasil (ALAB) e da Associação de Professores de Espanhol do Estado do RJ (APEERJ). Áreas de interesse: Africanística, Sociolinguística, Linguística Aplicada e Teoria e Análise Linguística. Atualmente, investiga o processo de ensino e aprendizagem de Português (PLE), Espanhol (ELE) e Francês (FLE) como Línguas Não Maternas e a diversidade etnolinguística de territórios pretos afrodiaspóricos (favelas, comunidades quilombolas e terreiros de candomblé), em especial, a relação do candomblé Jeji Maxi no Brasil com a situação glotopolítica do Benim (África) - o contato entre língua oficial (francês) e línguas nacionais (fon, gun, aja, yoruba, mina, ewe,...).
