Foi Conselheiro da ENFAM - Escola Nacional de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Magistrados. Também foi Presidente da AJUFE - Associação dos Juízes Federais do Brasil, da APAJUFE - Associação Paranaense dos Juízes Federais e do IBRAJUS - Instituto Brasileiro de Administração da Justiça. Diretor da Escola da Magistratura Federal do Paraná - Esmafe/PR 2009 -2012. Conselheiro da EJAL - Escola Judicial para a América Latina 2011 - 2017. Diretor do Instituto Paranaense de Processo Civil.
