Alex Ximenes Naves

Formou-se em Engenharia Elétrica pela UNIFEI - Universidade Federal de Itajubá em 1994. Atuou no ABN AMRO em projetos de infraestrutura de TI até 2003 e sistemas de informação até 2005 na FCTE, uma Fundação Educacional. Entre 2006 e 2015 atuou na Área de Engenharia na empresa Petrobras, no planejamento e controle de projetos relacionados à logística de suprimentos de petróleo bruto e derivados. Obteve pelo PMI - Project Management Institute, certificação em Project Management em 2007 e Especialização em Cronogramas pelo mesmo instituto em 2011. Concluiu em 2015 o Mestrado em Engenharia Civil na UFF - Universidade Federal Fluminense. Estudou na URV em 2015, durante o Mestrado, a aplicação do Custeio do Ciclo de Vida na Indústria da Construção, cujo resultado lhe rendeu premiação no V Premio CREA-RJ de Trabalhos Científicos e Tecnológicos em 2016. Concluiu em 2019 o Doutorado em Engenharia Civil na UFF - Universidade Federal Fluminense e em Engenharia Ambiental na URV - Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Espanha). Conduziu pesquisas sobre Energias Renováveis na URV, por 18 meses entre 2017 e 2018, como bolsista pela CAPES e posteriormente pelo CTQC (Centre Tecnològic de la Química de Catalunya - Espanha). Em 2021 iniciou Pós-doutorado na Escola Politécnica da UFRJ com o Projeto intitulado "Otimização e Controle da Eficiência Energética em Edifícios utilizando Organização Autônoma Descentralizada, como base para o Gerenciamento da Qualidade Ambiental". Em 2023 prosseguiu com o projeto de PosDoc aprovado no PDPG-Pós-Doutorado Estratégico (Ed. 16/2022) como bolsista CAPES.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from UNIFEI - the Federal University of Itajubá in 1994. Worked at ABN AMRO in IT infrastructure projects until 2003 and information systems until 2005 at FCTE, an Educational Foundation. From 2006 to 2015 worked at Petrobras Engineering Area in the planning and control of projects related to the logistics of crude oil and oil products. Obtained from the PMI - Project Management Institute the Project Management certification in 2007 and Specialization in Schedules by the same institute in 2011. Completed in 2015 the Master in Civil Engineering at UFF - Universidade Federal Fluminense. During the Master's degree studied at the URV in 2015, the application of Life Cycle Costing in the Construction Industry, whose result won him awards in the V CREA-RJ Prize for Scientific and Technological Works in 2016. Completed in 2019 the Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at UFF - Fluminense Federal University and in Environmental Engineering at URV - Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain). Conducted research on Renewable Energies in the URV for 18 months between 2017 and 2018, supported by fellowship from CAPES and after that by the CTQC (Center Tecnològic de la Química de Catalunya - Spain). In 2021 initiated PosDoc studies at the Polytechnic School of UFRJ with the Project intitled "Energy Efficiency Optimization and Control in Buildings, using Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), as a bottom line for Environmental Quality Management". In 2023, continued with the PosDoc project approved in the PDPG-Strategic Post-Doctorate (Ed. 16/2022), with a CAPES fellowship.
