Heloisa Ivone da Silva de Carvalho. Pedagoga da Rede Municipal de Vitória. Doutoranda no PPGE/UFES, tendo como tema de pesquisa: GRITARAM-ME PRETINHA!!A (AUTO)DECLARAÇÃO NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL EM TEMPO INTEGRAL, bolsista FAPES. Mestra no PPGEF/UFES com a pesquisa Práticas Corporais na Comunidade Quilombola: Significados de Manifestações Culturais na Escola de Monte Alegre". Pós graduada em Gestão Pública Municipal pelo IFES/ES e em Políticas Educacionais pela UFES. Experiências na Educação Básica como Diretora, Orientadora, supervisora, pedagoga e Inspetora Escolar em Guarapari e Vitória/ES, ao longo de 20 anos. Presidiu Conselhos e colegiados gestores de Direitos, Fórum de Educação, Fórum Araceli, Conselho de Educação e o Conselho Municipal do NEGRO. Foi professora de ensino superior na FAESA, IFES/Vitória e Centro Alternativo de Serra. Coordenou a CEAFRO/SEME-Vitória de 2015 a 2017 e coordenou a Comissão de Educação em Direitos Humanos/SEME-Vitória de 2018 a 2021 e coordenou a Coordenação de Políticas dos Direitos da População Negra da SEMCID. No ano 2014 recebeu a Comenda de Direitos Humanos no ano por ser a primeira mulher negra a presidir o Conselho de Direitos Humanos. Publicações de capítulos de livros, diversos artigos apresentados e publicados em eventos nacionais e internacionais. Recebeu diversos prêmios, homenagens, medalhas e estatuetas por produzir poesias e desenvolver projetos como professora de Educação Básica e/ou pela militância no Combate ao Racismo. Militante e Ativista nas causas Antirracistas, Antimachistas, Antissexistas e na Defesa dos Direitos Humanos. Atua como pesquisadora do Laboratório de Pesquisas de Violências contra as Mulheres/UFES, Pesquisadora no IESC/UFES (Diretório CNPq). Membra do Colegiado do NEAB/UFES. Membra da Comissão de Políticas Afirmativas no PPGE- UFES. Vice Presidenta da UNEGRO e Coordenadora do Fórum Nacional de Mulheres Negras.
