Sandra Marlene Heck

Possui dupla titulação de mestre, em Gestão e Negócios - ênfase em inovação orientada pelo design pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) e em Administration Des Enterprises pela University of Poitiers/França (2014). Graduada em Sistema de Informação pela UNISINOS (1988). Idealizadora, cofundadora e está como Presidente do iCoLab (https://linktr.ee/icolabbrasil), Entrepreneurship & Angel Investor & Mentor | Researcher of Innovation Ecosystems at Unisinos | Pesquisadora e professora convidada MBA GNTI - Gestão de Negócios e Tecnologia da Informação e tem mais de 25 anos de experiência profissional em empresas públicas e privadas. Sandra holds Master?s Degree in Business and Management from UNISINOS (Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos) in Brazil and European Community in partnership with Université of Poitiers in France (2012-2014), Strategic Management and Information Technology from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). Sandra?s research was based on Innovation, Design-Driven Innovation and Design Thinking. Sandra is a IT senior leader with more that twenty years of experience in Business, Information Technology, Transformation, Innovation Projects, Design Driven Innovation, Design Thinking and Team Leadership. Developed knowledge in multiple industries, while working on projects for global and local companies: automotive, agricultural business, chemical, consultancy and utilities. Collaborated closely with practice leadership and team to deliver goals and measurable impact; provided expertise and developed new perspectives on technology issues. Notable accomplishments include initiatives on industry insights to develop innovation practices that have been recognized in Brazil and USA. Sandra´s experience includes managing IT area and leading multiple teams working to deliver a range of corporate goals. Amongst her duties, she has confirmed tender evaluations for corporate technology trends and made recommendations to the executive board on future IT strategies and innovative initiatives. Two such initiatives have been recognized in Brazil and USA and won awards for innovation and were adopted by sister companies. Currently holding the position of President of iCoLab (www.icolab.org.br). I was ahead of ASUG Brazil (Associação Usuários SAP do Brasil), Board member of the world SAP Users Group - SUGEN (SAP User Group Executive Network), Board member at AUSIA (Associação Usuários SAP Ibero-Americana) and member of GUCIO-RS (Rio Grande do Sul CIO´s Group).
