Fernando de Abreu Pereira

Especialista em Ortodontia, 1991; Mestre em Odontologia, 2012 e Doutorando em Ortodontia e Odontopediatria pela Universidade Federal Fluminense iniciado em 2020; Graduado em Odontologia pela Faculdade de Odontologia de Nova Friburgo, 1987. Ex-professor assistente de Anatomia da Faculdade de Odontologia de Nova Friburgo e por duas vezes aprovado em primeiro lugar para professor substituto de anatomia da Universidade Federal Fluminense, a primeira em 2008 onde atuou também como professor das disciplinas de Oclusão e Ortodontia do Polo Universitário de Nova Friburgo; a segunda vez em 2017 no agora denominado Campus Universitário, o Instituto de Saúde de Nova Friburgo que é uma unidade de ensino superior da Universidade Federal Fluminense onde foi o coordenador da disciplina de Anatomia da Cabeça e do Pescoço. Traduziu do inglês a Terceira Edição do Guia Tip-Edge e a Técnica Diferencial do Arco Reto, 1998. Durante o Mestrado atuou no Núcleo de Terapia Celular da Universidade Federal Fluminense. Cirurgião-Dentista, Ortodontista clínico, atuando também em Consultório Particular desde 1987. Tem experiência na área de Odontologia, com ênfase em Ortodontia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Ortodontia, Ortopedia Funcional dos Maxilares e Ortodontia com alinhadores.

Specialist in Orthodontics, 1991; Master in Dentistry, 2012 and PhD student in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry at Fluminense Federal University started in 2020; Graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry of Nova Friburgo, 1987. Former assistant professor of anatomy at the Dentistry Faculty of Nova Friburgo and twice approved in first place as a substitute professor of anatomy at Fluminense Federal University, the first time in 2008 where he also served as professor of the disciplines of Occlusion and Orthodontics at the University Pole of Nova Friburgo; the second time in 2017 at the now called University Campus, the Nova Friburgo Health Institute, which is a higher education unit at the Fluminense Federal University where he was the coordinator of the Head and Neck Anatomy discipline. He translated from English the Third Edition of the Tip-Edge Guide and the Differential Straight Wire Technique, 1998. During the Masters he worked at the Cell Therapy Center of the Fluminense Federal University. Dental Surgeon, Clinical Orthodontist, also working in Private Practice since 1987. He has experience in Dentistry, with emphasis on Orthodontics, working mainly on the following themes: Orthodontics, Functional Orthopedics and Orthodontics with aligners.
