Professor efetivo de Geografia do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia - Câmpus Anápolis (IFG). Bacharel e Licenciado em Geografia pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), Mestre em Geografia pelo Programa de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Geografia do Instituto de Estudos Socioambientais da Universidade Federal de Goiás (IESA/UFG). Doutor pelo Programa Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Geografia Humana da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), com participação no Programa de Doutorado Sanduíche da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) na Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (Espanha). Líder/coordenador do Núcleo de Estudos da Cultura, Linguagens e suas Tecnologias (NECULT), membro do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Mobilidade e Infraestrutura (MOB.IN) e membro do Grupo de Estudos em Ambiente e Sociedade (GEAS). Atuação no desenvolvimento de pesquisas nos seguintes temas: Patrimônio Ambiental, Cartografia Turística, Planejamento Turístico e Relação entre Ciência e Religião.
