Carlos Alberto Vettorazzi

Carlos Alberto Vettorazzi is Agronomist by ESALQ / USP (1979), where he also achieved his master's degree (1985) and doctorate (1988). He is retired since April, 2017, by the Department of Biosystems Engineering (former Rural Engineering), ESALQ / USP, area of Land Surveying and Geoprocessing, where he worked since March,1980. In 1993 and 1994 he was Visiting Scientist of the Department of Agronomy at Purdue University, USA. His main research lines were always related to applications of Geotechnologies in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Carlos Alberto Vettorazzi é Engenheiro Agrônomo pela ESALQ/USP (1979), onde realizou também seu mestrado (1985) e seu doutorado (1988). Aposentou-se em abril de 2017 pelo Departamento de Engenharia de Biossistemas (anteriormente Engenharia Rural) da ESALQ/USP, área de Topografia e Geoprocessamento, onde atuou desde março de 1980. Em 1993 e 1994 foi Pesquisador Visitante do Agronomy Department da Purdue University, EUA. Suas principais linhas de pesquisa sempre estiveram relacionadas a aplicações de técnicas de Geoprocessamento em Ciências Agrárias e Ambientais.
