Marina Chaves de Oliveira

Graduada pelo curso de Nutrição na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2011), mestre (2013) e doutora (2016) em Ciência de Alimentos na mesma universidade. Doutora também pela Radboud University Nijmegen (Holanda) na área de reumatologia após doutorado sanduíche realizado com auxílio financeiro do Programa de Doutorado Sanduíche no Exterior da CAPES (2014-2015) com a temática: efeito de vesículas extracelulares do leite na artrite e remodelamento ósseo. Pós-doutorado pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Bioquímica e Imunologia da UFMG, com ênfase em Imunologia (2017-2017), e em Imunometabolismo no Institute of Cardiometabolism and Nutrition (Paris - França) realizado com auxílio financeiro do Programa de CAPES-COFECUB (2019-2020). Subcoordenadora do grupo de pesquisa Imunometabolismo e membro dos grupos de pesquisa Imunofarmacologia e BONE da UFMG. Possui colaboração com Radboud University Nijmegen (Holanda) e Université Pierre et Marie Curie (França). Atualmente, é professora efetiva no Departamento de Nutrição da UFMG. Participa de projetos relacionados à nutrição, inflamação e metabolismo, tendo como temas principais: alterações metabólicas e inflamatórias presentes na artrite, remodelamento ósseo, obesidade e síndrome metabólica.

Graduated from the Nutrition course at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2011), Master (2013) and PhD (2016) in Food Science at the same university. PhD also from Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands) in the area of rheumatology after a sandwich doctorate carried out with financial support from the Sandwich Doctorate Program Abroad at CAPES (2014-2015) with the theme: effect of extracellular milk vesicles on arthritis and bone remodeling. Post-doctorate by the Graduate Program in Biochemistry and Immunology at UFMG, with emphasis in Immunology (2017-2017), and in Immunometabolism at the Institute of Cardiometabolism and Nutrition (Paris - France) carried out with financial support from the CAPES-COFECUB Program (2019-2020). Sub-coordinator of the Immunometabolism research group and member of the Immunopharmacology and BONE research groups at UFMG. It has collaboration with Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands) and Université Pierre et Marie Curie (France). Currently, she is an effective professor at the Department of Nutrition at UFMG. She participates in projects related to nutrition, inflammation and metabolism, with the main themes: metabolic and inflammatory changes present in arthritis, bone remodeling, obesity and metabolic syndrome.
