Over fifteen years of water resources engineering experience specializing in water resources management, civil infrastructure management projects, evaluation of surface and groudwater resource systems, and environmental impact assessments.Has work as engineer and coordinator in infrastructure systems related to hydropower plants, railways, bridges, waterways, overseeing technical staff between project clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Has performed many studies of watershed hydrology, river modelling for dam projects, dambreak and wave propagation, stormwater quality and management, expert systems, and statistical analysis of hydrographic data.Has performed studies of environmental impact assessments of infraestructure projects, monitoring programs, and environmental permitting.Has interest in project management using dynamical systems, system thinking, life cycle assessment, and Agile approaches.
