Belonging to the technical staff of the Federal University of Itajubá and acting mainly on the following topics: drinks and food, fermentation, analytical chemistry, chemometry and chemical data analysis.

Pertencendo ao corpo técnico da Universidade Federal de Itajubá e atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: bebidas e alimentos, fermentação, química analítica, quimiometria e tratamento de dados.
