Mestre em Educação pela UPE (Universidade de Los Pueblos da Europa) representada pelo (CESCON).Docente de Metodologia Científica, orientações e participação em elaboração de trabalhos acadêmicos e bancas avaliadoras, UNIP e UniNorte, por um período de 5 anos.Gerente de bloco operatório das unidades de saúde Pronto Socorro Platão Aristóteles de Araújo, Hospital da Plástica e posteriormente na Fundação Hospitalar Adriano Jorge, onde responsável pela implementação do protocolo de Cirurgia Segura.Participação no projeto Paciente Seguro, sob orientação do Hospital Moinho dos Ventos e PROAD-SUS.
