With expertise in applied mathematics and fuzzy systems, I have explored the application of mathematical modeling in different fields, such as healthcare, ecology, and education. In my publications, I investigate the use of qualitative indicators in the education of students with autism spectrum disorder in inclusive settings and estimate critical area sizes in conservation using a mathematical model. I have contributed to the understanding of nonlinear initial-valued problems using constraint intervals and applied this theory to the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. Additionally, I have explored the concept of dynamic capacity allocation in radiology services, compared hidden and explicit resources with a transmissible disease in the predator species, and investigated fuzzy uncertainties on the logistic equation. Furthermore, I have coordinated four research projects over the past few years. Through these projects, I have developed tools to determine bifurcations in fuzzy solutions, applied inexact restoration techniques in optimal control, and proposed theoretical mathematical models of population dynamics, taking into account the phenotypic variation in the reproductive process. As a researcher, I have experience in leading and coordinating research projects, developing mathematical models, and applying techniques to various fields, including physics, chemistry, biology, and economics. I have published several papers in reputable journals and presented my work at international conferences. I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics, with a focus on differential equations and control theory, and have taught several courses in mathematics while supervising undergraduate and graduate students in research projects. Currently, I am conducting postdoctoral research at the State University of Campinas in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science
master's at Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2006) and doctorate at Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2010).
