Dr. Peter Yao Lartey holds a PhD in Management Science ( Jiangsu university- 2020 ) , MBA in Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan university- UK ,(2015), Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting (2009) and a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) from Accra Polytechnic , Ghana. He is currently seeking for a faculty position ,research associate or a postdoctoral researcher.

I worked as a government employee at the Ministry of Justice in the department of Economic and Organised Crime Office in charge of general expenditure and daily budget. Additionally, my duties were linked to internal control, finance, payroll , procurement validation and drawing annual budget for the office under the guidance and supervision of the head of finance and head of budget.
I have extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research with priority in interdisciplinary studies. My research works have been published in reputable academic journals while a few papers are still under review and a lot more works in progress and some near completion for submission. Currently, I voluntarily serve as a reviewer for reputable academic journals in the field of Finance, Governance, Management, and general social science disciplines. I also offer free consultation to undergraduate, master and PhD students in China , Ghana and India on broader academic issues such as; dissertation writing, choosing suitable research topics , reviewing research papers , discussions and offer free tutorials based on individual cases.
During my doctoral training I participated in various academic conferences including ; The Business , Wireless and Telecommunication Conference held in Munich, Germany.
