Master Degree in Computer Science at UFRJ , certified Project Management Professional by PMI , 6 Sigma Green Belt and Certified Scrum Master .

24 years of professional experience, focusing her career in project management and quality. Managed national and international projects for the United States and England, and implemented Project Offices for both organizations and for programs at HP , and led the organization in CMMI 5 certification in 2008 and 2011.

I had many successful experiences in the coordination andintegration of large and different projects, as in the Senac RJ University project, where I integrated HR, Engineering, Operations,IT and Marketing in order to achieve the goal of transform theway MEC and the students thought about the Senac University,Other great project was in Rio de Janeiro State for the OlympicGames, where as the PMO Superintendent I was able to promotethe alignment and better synchronization between state governmentagencies (Cedae, Inea, Military policy, Fire Department), the CityHall, federal agencies and Rio 2016 in the infrastructure projects forthe Olympic Games.

Worked for Estacio de Sa University from 2006 to 2011 as coordinator of the MBA in Project Management and as coordinator and content creation of the MBA in Project Management - EAD format.

Teaches at ESPM since 2009 , initially teaching Project Management as a visiting professor in Postgrad in Strategic Design and Entertainment Management , and from 2012 to 2017 as professor honored also ministering in undergraduate disciplines like Project Management and Management of Information Technology and CRM

Mestre e graduação em Informática pela UFRJ, certificada Project Management Professional pelo PMI, 6 Sima Green Belt e Scrum Master Certified. 

Possuo 24 anos de experiência, focando minha carreira na área de gerenciamento de projetos e processos, tendo gerenciado projetos nacionais e internacionais de engenharia de software para Estados Unidos e Inglaterra, e implementado Escritórios de Projeto tanto para Programas quanto para organizações, tendo coordenado a certificação da HP como CMMI 5 em 2008 e 2012.

Tenho Grande habilidade no gerenciamento e integração das áreas em grandes projetos de diversas naturezas, como no Sistema Fecomércio RJ no qual integrei RH, Engenharia, Operação, Compras, TI e mídias no grande projeto de Transformação da Faculdade Senac e no Governo do Estado, no qual consegui promover o alinhamento e melhor sincronismo entre Cedae, Inea, prefeitura e Rio 2016 em projetos de infraestrutura para o Parque Olímpico, Deodoro e Marina da Glória.

Atuei da Universidade Estácio de Sá de 2006 a 2011 como coordenadora do MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos e como coordenadora e conteudista da Pós Graduação em Gerenciamento de Projetos - formato EAD.

Professora na ESPM desde 2009, inicialmente ministrando Gestão de Projetos como professora convidada nos cursos de Pós em Design Estratégico e Gestão do Entretenimento, e de 2012 a 2017 como professora efetivada, ministrando também na graduação disciplinas como Gestão de Projetos e Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação e CRM
