PhD em Direito da Energia e Sustentabilidade pelo Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) na Universidade de Dundee/Escócia; Mestre em Direito Econômico pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG); LLM em Direito Europeu pela London School of Economics (LSE), com concentração em concorrência e regulação do mercado europeu de energia. Graduada em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos e em Economia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC MG). Sócia há mais de 20 anos da área de energia do escritório Rolim, Viotti, Goulart, Cardoso Advogados, parceiro da Ferreira Pinto Cardigos Advogados em Portugal. Foi presidente da Comissão Especial de Direito da Energia da Ordem dos Advogados em São Paulo (OAB-SP) e da Comissão de Direito da Regulação Econômica da Ordem dos Advogados em Minas Gerais (OAB-MG) no triênio 2019-2021.
