Juliana Bueno Barra

Bacharel em Química com habilitação Industrial pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2018), Mestre em Química pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2021), com ênfase em Ressonância Magnética Nuclear, graduada em licenciatura pelo Instituto Federal de Goiás (2020). Atualmente é doutoranda em Química, pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) onde trabalha com aplicações da RMN na caracterização estrutural e estudo de dinâmica de biomoléculas, em destaque peptídeos com potencial antimicrobiano, e ainda no controle de qualidade de matrizes alimentícias, além da quantificação de compostos via RMN.

Bachelor in Chemistry with Industrial Qualification from the Federal University of Goiás (2018), Master in Chemistry from the Federal University of Goiás (2021), with an emphasis on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, graduated in Licentiate from the Federal Institute of Goiás (2020). She is currently a PhD student in Chemistry at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) where she works with applications of NMR in the structural characterization and study of the dynamic matrix of biomolecules, with emphasis on peptides with antimicrobial potential, and also in the quality control of foodstuffs, in addition to the quantification of compounds via NMR.
