Graduado em Ciências Sociais pela PUC-SP, com dissertação de Mestrado realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Antropologia da PUC-SP.O trabalho de mestrado teve por objetivo conduzir uma análise crítica de alguns trabalhos de Georges Balandier e de B. Malinowski, com foco na descrição do movimento entre ordem e desordem no contexto das sociedades enfrentando as investidas do colonialismo europeu, quando houve encontro entre Antropologia, Etnologia, o viés Histórico ( Historicidade) e a Mitologia, referentes aos povos estudados.Esse interesse originou-se em um estudo do mito do herói na obra "O Herói de Mil Faces", de Joseph Campbell, na sua referência histórica à vida de M. Gandhi, e a confluência dos autores Bronislaw Malinowski e Georges Balandier se deu em relação ao tema em comum trabalhado na dissertação, que é o da dinâmica da mudança social em meio a sociedades enfrentando o colonialismo europeu.

Graduated in Social Sciences in PUC-SP. Post graduate work finished in Anthropology, leaded by anthropologist Carmen Junqueira.This work had the objective of analysing the contribuition of Georges Balandier nad B. Malinowski, focusing in the description of the movement amidst order and desorder in the historical context of societies (Áfrican and Trobriand Islands) dealing with the european colonialist pressure. In this work there has been the encounter of Anthropology, Etnology, History and Mithology, related to the african socities as well the trobriands (Trobriand Islands) presente in the work. The interest was based in a study of the myth of the hero in the work "The Hero with A Thousand faces" , of Joseph Campbell, in it´s historical reference and relation to the life of M. Gandhi. The confluence between B. Malinowski and G. Balandier happened related to the subject in comum, which is the dynamics of social change amidst societes dealing with european colonialism. The post graduate work is based on the interest in myths and it´s relation to G. Balandier Works, wich relates this interest with the dynamics of social change in the historical context mentioned.
