Desde 2022 é Professor Adjunto do curso de Engenharia Florestal do Instituto de Ciências Agrárias (ICIAG) da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU). Doutor em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA - 2022) na área de Manejo Florestal e subárea de planejamento florestal e geotecnologias aplicadas manejo do uso da terra e projetos florestais. Mestre em Ciências Florestais pela Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM - 2018) na área de Recursos Florestais e ênfase em conservação e restauração de ecossistemas, com intercâmbio realizado no Programa de Ecologia e Ambiente da Universidade do Porto (FCUP - 2017), em Portugal. É Engenheiro Florestal graduado pela Universidade Federal do Piauí (UFPI - 2016). Atuou como professor substituto no Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais (IFMG) entre 2021 - 2022, lecionando Desenho Técnico e Topografia. Desde 2022 atua como Editor Associado da Revista CERNE (UFLA). Atua nos Núcleos de Estudo e Pesquisa do Zoneamento Ambiental e Produtivo (NEPZAP) da UFU e da UFVJM. Tem interesse acadêmico e científico nos seguintes temas: Sistemas de Informações Geográficas, Manejo Florestal, Ecologia de Paisagens Florestais, Manejo de Unidades de Conservação, Planejamento Florestal e Análises de Decisão Multicriterio aplicadas ao estudo de paisagens florestais. É membro associado da Sociedade Mineira dos Engenheiros Florestais (SMEF). Desde 2013 coordena esforços para manutenção do website Central Florestal, uma ação de extensão destinada à estudantes pré-vestibular e de engenharia florestal, com esforços para divulgação sobre o curso, ensino, carreira e história da profissão no país (acesso em: www.centralflorestal.com.br e nas principais redes sociais).
Majoring in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Piauí - UFPI in Bom Jesus, PI. He is a founding member of the Forestry Company of Piaui Junior - EfloPI Jr., where he was Chief Executive Officer of first term (2013-2015) and Director of Projects (2015). It was a fellow CNPq Scientific Initiation in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing and GIS, with an emphasis on Management and Conservation Watershed. It was a fellow in the Tutorial Education Program - PET (2012-2013), where he worked with environmental intervention in the Ecological Station Uruçuí-Una (Piauí). He has experience in Ethnobotany and Phytosociology, also acting in ESEC Uruçuí-Una. It operates Group of Research in Forestry production forests native and exotic species with experimental models of forest stands in Farm UFPI / CPCE. He also serves on the following Research Groups: Research Group Water and Environmental Resources; Technology Production and Physiology of Seeds and Seedlings of Forest Species; and the Group of tools and Mathematical Models For purposes of optimization of the Forest Sector. Was academic monitor Technical Drawing and Plant Anatomy for Forestry. Exploration is currently monitor and Forest Harvesting the same course. It is the site administrator in the area of the forest sector (www.centralflorestal.com.br). It is currently an intern at AGROFLOR Engineering and Environment (Viçosa, Minas Gerais), working in the areas of recovery of degraded areas and studies and environmental licensing.
