Tiago Monteiro Condé

Graduado em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV), com Mestrado em Recursos Naturais pela Universidade Federal de Roraima (UFRR) e Doutorado em Ciências de Florestas Tropicais pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia (INPA). Atualmente é Professor de Engenharia Florestal da Universidade Estadual de Roraima (UERR). Membro Titular do Conselho Consultivo da Floresta Nacional de Anauá pelo Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade (ICMBio/RR). Coordenador do Laboratório de Manejo Florestal e Geotecnologias (LMFG/UERR), desenvolvendo pesquisas nas áreas de Dendrologia, Manejo Florestal, Inventário Florestal, Morfometria Florestal, Arborização Urbana, Fitossociologia, Silvicultura Clonal, Sistemas Agroflorestais, Dinâmica e Modelagem Florestal, Quantificação e monitoramento do estoque de biomassa e carbono florestal, Conservação da Natureza, Sensoriamento remoto e Geoprocessamento aplicado à detecção de mudanças dos usos e coberturas da terra.

Graduated in Forest Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), with a Master's degree in Natural Resources from the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) and a PhD in Tropical Forest Sciences from the National Institute of Amazonian Research (INPA). He is currently Professor of Forest Engineering at the State University of Roraima (UERR). Member of the Advisory Council of the National Forest of Anauá by the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio/RR). Coordinator of the Laboratory of Forest Management and Geotechnology (LMFG/UERR), developing research in the areas of Dendrology, Forest Management, Forest Inventory, Forest Morphometry, Urban Forestry, Phytosociology, Clonal Silviculture, Agroforestry Systems, Forest Dynamics and Modeling, Quantification and monitoring of biomass and forest carbon stock, Nature Conservation, Remote Sensing and Geoprocessing applied to the detection of changes in land use and land cover.
