Darlan Rodrigo Marchesi

Graduado em AGRONOMIA-Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (1995); especialização em MBA Gestão Empresarial pela Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (2005) e Mestrado em Fitotecnia - Ênfase em Fisiologia Vegetal e Manejo de Plantas - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Atualmente desempenho a função de Gerente Estadual do Departamento de Extensão Rural e Pesqueira da EPAGRI e Agente Técnico Extensão Rural da Empresa de Pesquisa Agropecuária e Extensão Rural de Santa Catarina (Epagri). Também, atuo como professor licenciado (período noturno) na Universidade Barriga Verde (UNIBAVE) em Orleans-SC, na área de fertilidade dos solos e nutrição de plantas. Experiência na área de Desenvolvimento Rural Sustentável, com enfoque em Horticultura e Sistema Plantio Direto de Hortaliças (SPDH), atuando diretamente com técnicos da extensão e pesquisa, agricultores familiares catarinenses na construção participativa do conhecimento, pesquisa e inovação agrícola participativa, relacionado aos seguintes temas: sistemas de produção de frutíferas e olerícolas, manejo conservacionista do solo, sistemas de semeadura e plantio direto de hortaliças, agroecologia, sustentabilidade e desenvolvimento rural.

I currently perform the role of State Manager of the Rural and Fisheries Extension Department of EPAGRI and Technical Extension Agent for the Agricultural Research and Rural Extension Company of Santa Catarina (Epagri). Also, I work as a licensed professor (night time) at Barriga Verde University (UNIBAVE) in Orleans-SC, in the area of ​​soil fertility and plant nutrition. Experience in the area of ​​Sustainable Rural Development, with a focus on Horticulture and the Direct Planting System of Vegetables (SPDH), working directly with extension and research technicians, Santa Catarina family farmers in the participatory construction of knowledge, research and participatory agricultural innovation, related to the following themes : fruit and vegetable production systems, soil conservation management, sowing systems and direct planting of vegetables, agroecology, sustainability and rural development.
